In this pranayama series we are getting back in harmony with our authentic selves, the essence which is unique to each one of us yet fed by the same wellspring of creative life force.
This creative force lives inside our hearts, both our physical and energetic bodies, as well as our thoughts. It is often siphoned off by our fears, limiting beliefs, insecurities, sabotaging habits, and myopic perspectives. This series blends the power of targeted yogic breathing techniques with focused class themes and journal prompts to navigate us into and through breakthroughs, back into the slipstream of creative energy and flow.
Informed by the creative text of The Artist’s Way, our 12 sessions will follow the spiritual path to higher creativity laid out by Julia Cameron’s work.
From safety to faith, step by step, we will work with the life force of breath to discover and recover your creative self.
