Transformational Breathwork Journey

In this style of breathwork, Alexandra will guide you to the deep inner spring of love and presence through a powerful and transformative journey of intention, release and renewal. Your breath has the ability to connect the body and the brain in ways that shakes free deeply held somatic pain and unlocks freedom in the mind.

Our body stores pain and trauma in its cellular, muscular, and deep tissue memory, and the mind reflects it in difficult emotions, depression, anxiety, and subconscious blocks that can keep us stagnant and feeling stuck in our lives. With this technique, you are safely guided to experience those powerful energies as they are unlocked and unblocked from your body and mind.

This workshop will leave you feeling clear and steady in mind and body. You will have the time to journal about your experience, share in discussion, and receive the guidance of your inner knowing as the mind and heart are cleared of confusion and clutter.

Re-Birth the Original You - A Spring Kundalini Workshop

This workshop is designed to bring you into deep release and regeneration. Through the practice of kundalini yoga’s masterful rebirthing kriyas, journaling, and rest, we will journey into the subconscious mind for a spring cleaning to wipe clear the mirror of the mind and rebirth the original you.

This class is open to all levels but is not a typical kundalini yoga session. The meditations are longer and deeper, engineered to impart a transformational processing of old stories, attachments, and mental clutter.

Please join with a journal for writing, blankets and cushions to support you, and a willingness to slough off the old conditioned and accumulated layers and step into the eternally clear, true you. Alexandra will guide a meditation to connect you to your authentic and inspired core, followed by journaling, the rebirthing kriya, and a long, supported savasana.
